Good-bye Grand Canyon

We got up early to catch the sunrise - only to find that the sky was overcast.  So, back to bed.  When we got up later, we realized that we are only borrowing the land from our elk friends - they definitely owned it first and still own it!

The mule deer own this land, too.

We did a little hiking and had this picture taken of us, standing on one of the many rock ledges overhanging the Grand Canyon.

This morning we were up and out in time for sunrise

Tomorrow we plan to get to Las Vegas, pick up Nikki, and have a great time doing the Las Vegas experience!
