We're back in the water! Yeah! After a few adjustments to get Latitudes onto the travel lift safely, we were back in the water in Broad Creek. Terrible fog in the bay, so we opted to spend night 1 at the pump-out station at Stingray Harbor Marina. We left early - very early - on Friday morning for the 2 hour-ish trip out to our new temporary home at Ruarks Marina in Jackson Creek (the other side of the Deltaville peninsula, 5 minutes by car). The water is so shallow near the land that we have to go out to the Stingray Point fixed structure to make the turn and come back into our marina on the other side. As seen from the boat, it was STILL foggy,but not as bad, believe it or not!
We're busily putting the solar panel frame on the boat, adding 2 back-up bilge pumps, and miscellaneous other projects. Pictures of the new marina to follow soon.
